Lokesh Kanagaraj, celebrated for his craft as a director and fresh off the mammoth success of Coolie headlined by Rajinikanth, steps into a full-fledged lead role for the first time. The film takes its title from its principal characters Devadas and Chandra. Mukesh G serves as director of photography and is expected to bring the brooding tonal palette he has become known for. GK Prasanna steps in as editor while S Kannan handles production design that is likely to give DC its textured, lived in aesthetic. The stunt choreography is helmed by PC Stunts who have consistently delivered high impact action blocks for some of the biggest titles in the South.Arun Matheswaran last directed Captain Miller starring Dhanush, which hit theatres in 2024 and cemented his position as a filmmaker who blends scale with sharp narrative edges. B | 杭州市水务集团把绿色低碳理念融入供水输水治水全链条，聚焦水资源节约、能源降耗、厂站生态改造，以一场场净水流深的绿色变革，生动作答水务行业“如何服务双碳、怎样赋能城市”的时代之问。向光要电 打造厂区光伏蓝海绿色电力是水务企业推进降碳的重要抓手。

C | 市水务集团锚定“低碳降耗”目标，充分挖掘厂站空间资源，在水厂屋顶、池体上方布局分布式光伏项目，构建“自发自用、余电上网”的绿色微循环，将闲置厂区空间转化为清洁能源产出阵地。

D | 目前，市水务集团已有12座制水厂、污水厂落地应用光伏发电。其中，临江水处理厂30兆瓦分布式光伏发电项目，是行业内极具代表性的标杆工程，也是全国单体规模最大的污水处理厂分布式光伏项目，光伏铺设面积达14.9万平方米。项目自2024年底投运至今，累计输送清洁电力4900余万千瓦时，年均节约标准煤约1.29万吨，减少二氧化碳排放约4万吨。除了产出清洁能源，光伏还为污水工艺优化赋能。七格污水处理厂三期创新实践“水上发电、水下治污”模式，光伏板形成的遮阳屏障，可有效降低水池水体蒸发，进一步优化污水处理的运行工况，实现发电治污双向受益。工艺破局 深挖节能降耗潜能绿电之外，降碳的潜力同样蕴藏在生产工艺的每一处细节之中。市水务集团在“每一吨水怎么更节约”上下功夫，通过工艺革新与数智管控，实现节能减耗。依托得天独厚的地理条件，这些水厂走出了借力自然势能、节能降碳增效的特色路径：千岛湖配水工程全程依靠水流自身重力封闭式自流输水，实现零碳输水，每年可减少约114万吨二氧化碳排放；闲林水厂利用地势差重力供水，耗电量仅为国内同类水厂的15%；在建的新安江第三自来水厂巧妙采用“叠加式”垂直设计，节约用地约15亩，同时依托千岛湖水源、水厂、供水管网之间的天然地势高差，采用“重力流”设计，与同等规模水厂相比预计每年可节约用电约700万度。制水、污水处理各环节的技术改造同样成效显著。清泰水厂优化臭氧投加控制策略，平均耗氧下降32.7%，这一成果也荣获“2026年杭州市优秀质量管理小组”一等奖；富阳区江南水厂正加快推进AI+精确投加系统建设，计划今年9月底投运，届时预计可降低药剂消耗约5%；主城区七格、城北、之江、城西四座污水厂，根据进水水质、水量、水温变化动态优化运行方案，在稳定出水标准前提下，今年上半年药剂消耗成本下降近两成，节电约16万度。工艺改造之外，数字化管控也为节能降碳装上智慧大脑。

E | 主城区四座污水处理厂重点区域已全部安装温湿度远传仪表并接入中控系统，依托实时数据自动启停通风、除湿、空调等设备，彻底消除全天不间断空耗电力的浪费；城北净水厂发挥智慧化管控优势，深挖水源热泵节能效益，根据气温与生产冷热需求灵活切换机组模式，告别设备长期满负荷运行；之江净水厂上线药剂消耗自动统计程序，替代传统人工统计，大幅缩减统计工时，实现药剂投加异常实时预警，为节能管控、班组低碳竞赛提供数字化支撑。厂站焕新 构筑城市海绵客厅跳出生产治污本身，市水务集团把海绵城市理念融入厂站建设，积极践行“自然积存、自然渗透、自然净化”的思路，推动传统水务厂区从工业设施向城市海绵体转型。

F | 一批地埋、半地埋式厂站实现“设施藏于地下，公园还给城市”的美好愿景。七格污水处理厂四期、城北净水厂、临平净水厂等项目，将核心处理工艺布置于地下，地上打造开放生态空间，让工业厂区变身市民可亲近的城市公共绿地。城北净水厂采用“地埋+生态”复合开发模式，地下日处理污水10万吨，地上绿化率约40%，通过绿色屋顶、雨水花园、植草沟等海绵设施，年径流总量控制率达79%，获评“浙江省海绵城市示范性工程”。建德城东污水处理厂三期搭建集雨水滞留、下渗、净化、调蓄于一体的生态系统，净化后的雨水顺势汇入新安江，入选“2025年度浙江省海绵城市典型案例”。富阳污水处理五期工程设有雨水花园等海绵设施，雨水经调蓄下渗、自然净化后有序排放，有效削减市政管网峰流。低碳实践不只局限于厂区内部，还进一步延伸至城市河道绿化养护场景。市水务集团推行“电动绿篱机+人工修枝剪”组合作业模式，结合灌木高度、居民区距离灵活选择作业方式，兼顾降噪效果与管养质量，把水清岸绿的生态成效，从厂区延伸到市民家门口。从源头活水到千家万户，从水资源调配到污水再生利用，绿色转型贯穿杭州水务发展的全过程。面向“十五五”发展新征程，市水务集团将继续践行“让城市运行更加安全，让每一滴水更有价值”的理念，持续深化水资源集约利用、厂站低碳改造、生态场景共建，不断拓展水务行业降碳新路径，为杭州建设世界一流的社会主义现代化国际大都市贡献源源不断的“水动力”。
